When I appeared on C&T Publishing's 'Wednesday Night Live with Lisa Fulmer' (Here is the link to my post for that show) on July 6th, I demonstrated how to use TAP with your home décor and I made this flower image. I used crayons to colour it. When I removed the backing paper from the design I discovered that it, too, had a lovely design on it and it would be a shame to throw it out.
I had also taken a picture of some of my purple irises in my garden and used TAP to transfer the image onto another project. Again, when I pulled the paper back I discovered a very interesting image.
This card is what I made bringing the two project 'rejects' together.
The 'vase' was made using a plastic divider square from a small organizing bin (like one with a bunch of compartments where you could sort buttons, beads, etc and it has a lid). I used Ranger alcohol inks to colour the plastic square.
The cards stock was from Making Memories and the sentiment is a stamp I purchased from my dollar store. The flowers are highlighted with Sakura 3D Lacquer.
Thanks for stopping by :)
love it!
ReplyDeleteThe backing? Oh my this is just so pretty! Beautiful design. Love how dark the vase turned out. Thanks for sharing, Robi! ~Molly
