HEALTH SEGMENT
I began the show with sharing several ways I have made my workspace more ergonomic. We also discussed "Light Therapy" and its usefulness in treating SAD, and possibly depression. I had no idea that many of the audience members have the Ott-Lite and use it because it is most beneficial to artists, giving a 'true' colour to their media. So they have the lights for 'art's sake' :).
On the 'Health Front' I mentioned a couple of wonderful sources to check out and here they are:
